My name is Ilene Levering and I have worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. I work with all types of borrowers. What makes me a little different is that I focus on relationships, not just the transaction. Of course interest rate is important, but so are communication, respect and kindness. My goal is to create a relationship for life, not just one transaction. I work strictly by referral and I am a member of the Everett Chamber of Commerce and I volunteer for Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
Throughout my career, I have maintained a strong knowledge in products, programs and the ever-changing market. I have experience with FHA/VA, Conforming/Non Conforming, Self Employed/Commission, Zero Down and First Time Home buyer loans, just to list a few. I also have a background of working with folks with credit or income challenges. I take the needs of my borrowers very seriously and work to find the best program to fulfill their needs.
For first time home buyers, taking that first step is extremely intimidating. It will be the biggest investment you will ever make. My goal is to alleviate as much stress as possible with education and guidance. This way you will know what to expect and become homeowners.
